Villas 3 Bedrooms  The holiday villas accommodation has 3 large double bedrooms, all are king sized double beds, all on the first floor. All are
 furnished to a high standard with the master bedroom and second bedroom leading directly onto the upper sun-balcony
 terrace that has superb sea, coastal, sunset views.
Villas 3 Bathrooms  The holiday villa has 3 large double bedrooms all have their own en-suite with shower bathrooms. The master bedroom is full
 en-suite having also a bath with overhead shower. There is a downstairs visitors cloakroom including hand wash basin
 facilities.
Villas Reception  The holiday rental villas accommodation has a cool welcoming entrance hall leading to the open plan large living room and
 dining areas. The holiday villa catering for up to 6 people has stunning sea views on all levels, especially over the shaded
 pergola to the sun terrace of the heated swimming pool and onward views to the coastline and sea.
Villas Kitchen  The villas fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of cupboard space, cutlery utensils, crockery, kettle, toaster, including all the
 required modern cooking appliances, a microwave, gas oven, gas / electric hob, fridge freezer, for your chilled drinks by the
 swimming pool, plus a dish washer, so the husbands can relax and enjoy your villa holiday as well.
Villas Lounge  Within the holiday villas is the open plan lounge area where you will find a DVD player, a large plasma 42" TV with SKY
 satellite, a CD - Radio player, plus miscellaneous board games. We offer a superb collection of Films - Music and Books
 should you require a relaxing night in.
Villas Dining  The holiday villas accommodation dining area is an open plan diner area where you will find the table and chairs seating up
 to six persons close to the kitchens serving hatch.
Villas Laundry room  In addition to all the standard kitchen appliances, the villas accommodation has a separate laundry room providing you with a
 washing machine should you require to wash those smalls, an ironing board with iron. The holiday villa Hieros Kepos also has
 a digital safe that provides security for your passports and those precious items you wish to keep safe.
Villas Outdoors  The holiday villas set in well landscaped gardens. South facing, to the rear, is the 8m x 4m heated private swimming pool
 having a sun terrace surround with comfortable sun-beds, tables, chairs, pool parasol with fantastic sea views and sunshine
 all day long. There is a pergola offering shade from the sun, a mobile gas BBQ and a Cyprus styled charcoal BBQ, terrace
 furniture for that ideal al-fresco dining. and Finally the spa hot tub to relax in at the end of the day.
General  The holiday villas has a digitally controlled alarm system, a digital safe for your personal items, full air conditioning in all
 rooms for hot summer days and heating to all rooms for those slightly milder winter nights. The holiday villa also provides
 room towels, hair dryers, but please note the villa does not provide towels for the beach or for swimming pool usage.
Villas Sea views  The holiday villa is set in well landscaped gardens that faces South having panoramic sea views over the coastal countryside
 to the sea with sunshine all day long and fantastic sun sets. The holiday villa is ideally located for the holidaymaker as it is
 only a short walk to the local bus service into Paphos. We do though recommend car hire for those days of site seeing trips.
Paphos Local activities  Paphos is only 5km away providing excellent recreational activities including, superb countryside walks, hiking, cycling,
 diving, fishing trips, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering trips, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis,
 walking, water skiing and windsurfing. Additionally, there is a vast selection of restaurants, local taverns, cafe and bars to
 cater for any taste of cuisine.

From the shaded patio there are two steps down onto the villas sun terrace, where there is the 8m x 4m gas heated private swimming pool,having comfortable sun-loungers and parasols. A Spa hot tub is also on the villas sun terrace, all surrounded by landscaped gardens which have uninterrupted panoramic sea views over the coastal countryside. A deluxe mobile gas six burner with oven hood BBQ plus a Cyprus charcoal burner BBQ is provided with a patio table, parasol and chairs for those pleasant sunny evenings, when only eating outside the holiday villa will complete that perfect day.

Location of the holiday accommodation in the villa Hieros Kepos is in the small village of Koloni, Paphos, some 5km East of the holiday resort of Paphos seafront, 12km from Paphos International Airport and only 5 minutes walk into the main village of Geroskipou where the famous Turkish Delight is made. Here you can buy your daily news paper, milk, bread and general foods from the local shops and supermarket. You will also find banks, post office, taverna and the local bus service that runs from the village into Paphos seafront and the Castle harbour.
